Account Deletion
How to delete your VirtuLove account and request deletion when you cannot access the app.
Effective May 8, 2026Delete in the app
Open VirtuLove, go to Settings, then choose Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, chats, memory, and cancels any active server-side subscription record where supported.
If you cannot access the app
Email privacy@dantesai.online from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line “VirtuLove account deletion request.” We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, legal compliance, safety, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or platform obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
