1. VirtuLove Uses Generative AI

VirtuLove companions, chat responses, generated scenes, voice playback, memory summaries, and some safety classifications are created or assisted by artificial intelligence systems.

Companions are fictional AI experiences. They are not real people, therapists, doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, emergency responders, or licensed professionals.

2. AI Can Be Wrong

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, biased, emotionally persuasive, or inappropriate. The app may misunderstand context, remember something incorrectly, or generate content that does not match your intent.

Do not rely on VirtuLove for medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.

3. Emotional Wellbeing and Crisis

VirtuLove is designed to be warm and supportive, but it cannot replace human support or professional care. If you are in immediate danger, may harm yourself or someone else, or need urgent help, call emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area.

The app may show crisis resources when safety signals are detected, but automated detection is imperfect and may miss important situations.

4. Memory and Personalization

VirtuLove may summarize stable details from conversations to personalize future replies. You can pause memory, enable private mode, or reset memory in Settings.

Private mode hides saved memory from AI prompts. Memory reset clears saved summaries and facts, but it does not necessarily delete chat transcripts, moderation reports, billing records, or security logs.

5. Images and Voice

Generated scenes are AI-created images based on your prompts and app styling. They may not accurately represent real people, places, events, identities, or relationships.

Voice playback is synthetic text-to-speech. It should not be treated as a recording or statement by a real person.

6. Safety Controls and Reports

VirtuLove uses moderation and policy controls to reduce harmful or prohibited content. Users can report AI responses or generated scenes for review.

Reports may include the reported prompt, output, partner name, account identifier, and technical metadata needed to investigate and improve safety.

7. Human Review

Some safety reports, abuse signals, account issues, support requests, or legal requests may be reviewed by authorized people or service providers. We limit review to what is reasonably needed for safety, support, compliance, and service quality.

8. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and how you use or share AI-generated content. Do not use VirtuLove to create prohibited, exploitative, deceptive, illegal, or harmful content.
