Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VirtuLove, including companion chat, memory, voice, image generation, subscriptions, support, and related services. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use VirtuLove. Questions may be sent to support@dantesai.online.

2. Adult-Only Service

VirtuLove is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. You may not use the app if you are under 18, if you are barred from using the service under applicable law, or if your account has been suspended or removed.

You agree to provide accurate onboarding information, including age confirmation, and to keep your account secure.

3. AI Companion Experience

VirtuLove provides AI-generated companion conversations, voice playback, memory summaries, and generated companion scenes. AI responses are synthetic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or emotionally persuasive. Companions are not real people and do not replace human relationships, professional care, emergency services, or licensed advice.

You should not rely on VirtuLove for medical, mental health, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creating safety risks, violating these Terms, or attempting to bypass subscription limits or technical protections.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Usage Limits

VirtuLove offers free and paid plans with monthly limits for messages, companion scenes, voice features, memory features, and companion slots. Plan limits are shown in the app and may vary by platform, region, promotion, or subscription product.

Paid mobile subscriptions should be purchased through the applicable platform provider, such as Apple, Google Play, or Samsung Galaxy Store. Web subscriptions, if offered, may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trials are also subject to the rules of the platform or payment provider used for purchase.

We do not promise unlimited access. We may apply usage caps, rate limits, abuse protections, safety filters, and cost controls to keep the service reliable and fairly priced.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use VirtuLove to create, request, upload, share, or encourage content involving minors in sexual contexts, exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, graphic violence, illegal activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, hate, self-harm instructions, or attempts to bypass safety systems.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, resell, sublicense, or use automated systems to access VirtuLove except through features we provide.

7. Your Content and Generated Content

You keep ownership of prompts, messages, preferences, and other content you provide. You grant VirtuLove a limited license to process, store, transmit, display, and use that content as needed to operate, protect, improve, and support the service.

Generated text, voice, images, summaries, and other AI outputs are provided for personal use, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for how you use or share generated content. Generated content may not be unique and similar outputs may be provided to other users.

8. Memory, Privacy, and Controls

VirtuLove may create companion memory summaries from your conversations to personalize future responses. You can pause memory, use private mode, reset companion memory, export account data, or request account deletion from Settings.

Deleting memory summaries does not necessarily delete chat transcripts, billing records, safety records, or records we are required or permitted to retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

9. Safety, Moderation, and Reports

We may use automated and manual review to detect abuse, enforce safety policies, protect users, and comply with law. You can report AI messages and generated scenes from within the app.

If a report, safety signal, legal request, or abuse pattern requires review, we may inspect related prompts, outputs, account metadata, and technical logs.

10. Third-Party Services

VirtuLove may use service providers for authentication, database hosting, AI models, moderation, image generation, voice generation, crash reporting, analytics, payment processing, push notifications, hosting, and customer support.

Third-party services may process data according to their own terms and privacy practices, but we use them only to provide, secure, support, and improve VirtuLove.

11. Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, prices, providers, or limits. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the app, website, store listing, or email when appropriate.

VirtuLove is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every generated response will meet your expectations.

12. Termination

You may stop using VirtuLove at any time and may delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create safety risk, fail to pay, or misuse the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including safety, payment, ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, will survive.
